Erica Svendsen, FNP-C

Erica Svendsen, FNP-C is a board-certified family nurse practitioner who specializes in hematology at the Bleeding and Clotting Disorders Institute (BCDI). She was born and raised in Pekin, IL. In 2017, she graduated from OSF College of Nursing with a Bachelor’s in Nursing. She worked at OSF St. Francis Hospital on the med-surg unit before working as a nurse at OSF Morton in primary care for six years.

She received her Master’s of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain University in May 2023 and became a board-certified family nurse practitioner in June 2023. She began her career as a nurse practitioner in the OSF APP Primary Care Fellowship and then worked at OSF Pekin in primary care.

In her free time, Erica enjoys hanging out with her two dogs on the couch, watching documentaries, spending time with family, and going to the gym.
