Sara Martin, FNP-BC

Sara Martin, FNP-BC is a board-certified family nurse practitioner specializing in hematology at Bleeding and Clotting Disorders Institute (BCDI). Sara obtained an Associate Degree in nursing from Illinois Central College in 2003. She later obtained her bachelor’s degree in nursing from University of Phoenix in 2019. She completed her master’s degree in the family nurse practitioner track from Spring Arbor University in Michigan in 2022. Sara’s nursing experience includes ICU, nephrology, and pulmonology. Sara enjoys the broad patient population at BCDI including the care of infants, toddlers, children, adolescents, and adults. 

In her free time, Sara enjoys spending time with her 12-year-old son and her pets. Hobbies include reading, cooking, crocheting, and movies.
