BCDI Trivia Night 2026 is almost here! We are extremely excited to host the 15th Annual BCDI Trivia Night on Friday, April 24 at the Peoria Marriott Pere Marquette from 6 – 10 pm! Inside this article, you will find all of the details about the event that you’ll need to have an excellent time at our premier FUN-raising event of the year!

 

LOCATION

BCDI Trivia Night 2026 will be hosted at the Peoria Marriott Pere Marquette. The venue’s address is 501 Main St, Peoria, IL 61602. We recommend that all attendees enter the event at the hotel’s primary entrance on Main Street. From there, you have two options to get to Trivia Night- the stairs to the second floor or the elevators to the second floor.

 

 

AGENDA

4:45 pm: VIP registration opens

5:00 pm – 6:00 pm: VIP-Pre Party at the Peoria Pere Marquette Cotillion Room.

5:45 pm: General registration opens

6:00 pm – 7:00 pm: General public registration is open and our cocktail hour begins in our pre-function area of the Cotillion Room. Bars will be open to purchase drinks, appetizers will be available for all guests, you can view and bid on our silent auction items, plus raffles/games will be open to purchase!

6:45 pm: Doors open to the main event ballroom.

7:00 pm: All guests should be seated, dinner is served.

7:30 pm: BCDI Trivia Night Program begins.

8:15 pm: Trivia contest begins (Rounds 1 & 2).

9:15 pm: Trivia contest continues (Rounds 3 & 4).

10:00 pm: Announce trivia game winners, announce costume contest winners, announce raffle winners.

 

REGISTRATION

All Trivia Night attendees will check in at the registration table at the front of the landing of the event space on the second floor. Please be ready to check in with your name and be prepared to supply your email address, phone number and credit card information if you did not provide those details when you signed up to attend BCDI Trivia Night. To ensure your convenience throughout the night, we will ask our guests to provide credit card information at registration in order for you to purchase raffles, contests and make donations. Your credit card information WILL NOT be stored by BCDI or any outside company. BCDI highly recommends that you enter your credit card information prior to the event to save time!

 

PARKING

BCDI Trivia Night guests have multiple parking options based on your preference.

  • Free Parking
    • Park at the Peoria Marriott Pere Marquette parking deck located at 698 Fulton St, Peoria, IL 61602. This parking deck is attached to event space and hotel and has a walkway leading you directly to the hotel. Parking will be validated by BCDI- when you exit the lot, there will be a ticket gate. Press the exit button and tell the attendant over the intercom that you are with BCDI Trivia Night and they will approve your free parking.
  • Street Parking
    • There are parking spaces on the streets surrounding the Peoria Marriott Pere Marquette. Feel free to search for your own parking on Madison Avenue, Fulton Street, Monroe Street, or any accompanying spaces in downtown Peoria. Standard meter and parking fees may apply.

 

 

SILENT AUCTION

BCDI Trivia Night 2026 will have a plethora of top-tier silent auction items available for attendees to bid on! All bidding will take place on our BCDI Trivia Night website or through our event app called Givi. The silent auction items will be set up in the Trivia Night pre-function space during the event so you can see them first-hand!

  • Bidding on the Trivia Night website
    • You can bid on silent auction items through the BCDI Trivia Night website found at this link: https://secure.qgiv.com/event/bcditrivia2026/.
    • You must be signed in to your account with your email address used to register for the event, be checked in at the registration front desk and have a credit card on file to bid on silent auction items.
    • On the BCDI Trivia Night Website, you can log in to your account with the Log In button in the menu. You will be prompted to Join + Find Event, where you can enter the email address that you provided when you signed up for the event or when you checked in at registration at the event.
      • To add or change your payment settings on the BCDI Trivia Night website, in the menu click My Activity- scroll to the bottom where it says Current Payment Method- then add your credit card information.
  • Bidding on the Trivia Night app, Givi
    • Download the Givi app in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store- use the QR codes below to scan!
    • Once the app is downloaded, you will be prompted to Join + Find Event, where you can enter the email address that you provided when you signed up for the event or when you checked in at registration at the event.
    • When you complete the sign in process, you will be able to access the BCDI Trivia Night auction hub, where you can bid on our silent auction items as long as you have a credit card on file.
      • To add or change your payment settings in the Givi app, go to Menu- Payment Settings- and you can change your payment method to upload a debit or credit card.

 

RAFFLES/CONTESTS

One of the best parts of BCDI Trivia Night is the FUN had during the event! This year, we are excited to bring back some of our fan favorites, plus some new activities!  We have our premier raffle baskets, our famous wine and bourbon pull, a gift card station, and new exciting games that you can participate in to win exciting prizes! COSTUME CONTEST/ATTIRE

The theme for BCDI Trivia Night 2026 is “Glam Factor” and with that theme in mind, we are asking all attendees to wear costumes/outfits that inspire you! While guests are encouraged to dress to impress- whether in formal attire or in a rock star inspired “glam rock” vibe- the theme also nods to the blood factors that are essential for proper clotting, connecting directly to BCDI’s mission statement of providing the highest quality of care to our patients. BCDI will be judging the costumes throughout the night, with prizes awarded to the best individual costume and the best table costume.

 

PLAYING THE TRIVIA GAME

Get ready for our enthralling, four-round trivia game contest! The competition will be played in teams with your table compromising your ten-person team.  

Each table will assign one team leader to play the Trivia game on their cell phone. One person per table will submit answers during the game. If you are not your team’s leader, PLEASE put your phone away- looking up answers is strictly prohibited and your team will be disqualified if caught! 

To play Trivia: 

  • Visit www.crowd.live to access the online competition webpage. 
  • Enter room code: BCDI 
  • Create a team name for the competition to appear on the leaderboard. Please use a team name PLUS your table number. Example: The Blood Experts 7 (if sitting at Table 7) 
  • There will be four rounds of trivia with ten questions in each round. Correct answers are worth 100 points.

THINGS TO KNOW

All of the Peoria Marriott Pere Marquette bars at the event accept cash AND card. In the event of rainy/cold weather, a coat rack room is located outside of the Cotillion Room on the second floor of the event space. Please make sure to have your phones charged or bring your phone charger just in case, as the trivia game will be played on your phone at your table, as well as raffles, silent auctions and donations can be viewed/made online.
